Beer & Lime Marinated Salmon
Beer & Lime Marinated Salmon 1 lb. fresh salmon fillets with the bone and skin removed 500 g
Preheat oven, broiler or barbecue. Remove salmon from marinade. Broil, grill, bake or barbecue until fish flakes in centre (about 10 minutes per 1"/2.5 cm thickness). We find that if you put the barbecue on it's lowest setting and grill the fish for 10 minutes on each side (basting frequently with the marinade), it comes out perfectly.
